service offerings
Since December 1st, 2004, Sylvan's Internet
Division has been served through Nationwide Computer Systems, a Florida-based
ISP that specializes in bringing full service Internet products to rural areas
along the Atlantic. Sylvan customers continue to enjoy friendly and helpful
technical support and customer service from Nationwide's experienced staff,
as well as some optional new services and features including:
Faster dialup with HyperSpeed
Dialup Convenient
payment options - pay online with our secure web forms. Access
to our National Dialup network - use your Sylvan account almost anywhere
in the U.S. A
new email and webmail system with state-of-the-art spam and virus control.
Sylvan customers should be aware that our tech
support and customer service number has changed to
(877) 638-7871. Our mailing address for payments and other correspondence
has also changed - do NOT send or bring payments to the Warsaw office - mail

Finally, Sylvan's Internet dialup numbers
have changed (effective Dec. 1st, 2004). Additionally, Sylvan customers will
need to make sure @sylvaninfo.net is appended to their dialup
usernames when logging in. The new numbers for our existing service areas are
